An example of this is the chance of pregnancy occurring between 2 flirting sims, how quickly they can marry, how many days after marriage it can take to become pregnant, what relationship level is required until marriage becomes an option- the list goes on. I bumped this is up to 5! There are plenty to choose from now! It allows you to change 'chances' of particular events occurring, and how quickly certain events occur. I believe the default number sits at around 2 or 3. This means, how many children, on average, each couple has. With StoryProgression allowed me to customise the 'base' number of children per family. As you can see on previous posts, I have had up to 8 children or so per family, and everyone knows how time consuming it can be to create a new sim every time. It got to a point in my game where the population of my game was depleting and I needed new eligible bachelors/bachelorettes for my sims to partner with and who can be bothered creating a new sim every time. Story Progression would have to be my absolute favourite of all the Mods I use. As I said, as soon as I finished exploring MasterController, I decided to download StoryProgression - with these two, the possibilities are endless, really! It seriously makes the game run a whole lot faster, and 'fixes' glitchy sims or objects within that game without having to go through manually and doing them individually via the command+shift+c function and 'resetSim'. So, something like 20,000 objects, lots, and sims etc. Originally, I used mastercontroller to 'reset everything' within my town. MasterController is also the base of all of twallan's other mods. I started off with NRASS' MasterController, which is great for cleaning up. Having so many generations in one game, there are no doubt, thousands of relationship and family tree connections within that single save. The functionality of mods enables me to 'clean up' my game. As soon as you've explored one mod, or you've decided to stop playing around out of fear for stuffing up your game, there's a new one to download and play with. Particularly with mods, the list of functions is endless. For those of you who do use mods and CC, you can probably understand the excitement of experimenting with new CC and mods. For me, using mods has been experimental, and my current ever-growing family is one big experiment, maybe why I am so advanced into the game. Without it, I doubt it be so far into my family, described in previous posts. I won't lie, I use mods and CC (custom content) religiously.
